You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund. Because this is a single-use, consumable oral-care product, we don't require you to send opened sachets back — for hygiene reasons, we simply ask that you contact us with your order number and let us know why you weren't satisfied.

Unopened Boxes

If your box is unopened, you're welcome to return it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us first so we can provide a return address — items sent back without contacting us first may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Timing

Once a refund is approved, it's issued to your original payment method within 21 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to show it on your statement.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, email shopinfo3246@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

What Isn't Covered

We can't offer refunds for requests made after the 30-day window, or for issues caused by using the product outside its intended use (a 30-second oral rinse, as described on the packaging).
